Saily Jerry Presents “3 days” of garagey rock at Cobra Lounge (235 N Ashland Ave) featuring some of the more exciting down and dirty rock acts gracing the city’s clubs these days: White Mystery, Mickey, Mannequin Men, Hollows among them. If you wish Pitchfork had more good ol’ rock n’ roll bands, these gigs should sate your thirst and probably get you drunk in the process. Over three nights in mid-July, fine spirits purveyors Sailor Jerry will bring nine rock’n’roll rabblerousers to Cobra Lounge for what should prove one heck of a sweat-soaked, rum-stained weekend. They’re calling it “Three Days of Music,” and, well, they’ve certainly got that part right.
