White Mystery headlined the show Friday night atTownship (formerly Pancho’s). Webster’s Dictionary definesmystery as a “profound, inexplicable, or secretive quality or character.” The mystery is how they can command an audience and pump out compelling, top notch rock with only two members.
The sibling duo featuring Miss Alex White on guitar and her younger brother Francis Scott Key White on drums have been playing together for a little over two years as a band. They whipped through a blazing set Friday night and had the medium sized crowd dancing and jumping. Alex and Francis dive into every song as if they will never play again. They play straight up garage rock with a pounding beat. Alex is a pro, playing both rhythm and lead producing more to listen to than most bands with two guitars. Francis is a non-stop machine of arms and red hair pummelling the drums without constraint. See the whole article and photos here!
