TIMEOUT CHICAGO: Unofficial Pitchfork 2011

Saily Jerry Presents “3 days” of garagey rock at Cobra Lounge (235 N Ashland Ave) featuring some of the more exciting down and dirty rock acts gracing the city’s clubs these days: White Mystery, Mickey, Mannequin Men, Hollows among them. If you wish Pitchfork had more good ol’ rock n’ roll bands, these gigs should sate your thirst and probably get you drunk in the process. Hey, I love a little rum with my rock in my summer so I’m not complaining. You’ll need to R.S.V.P. to the shows, which are free, 21-and-up and walking distance from Union Park.
