Redhead garage rock sibling duo, White Mystery, first played with the 1960s rock legend Roky Erickson, best known for his song “Your Gonna Miss Me,” on New Years Eve in 2013. WHITE MYSTERY AT DOUBLE DOOR, 2008-2017
White Mystery performed and spun records at the Double Door in Chicago ten times since 2008. We also recorded our only live album, White Mystery DUBBLE DRAGON, on their stage.
Also, the only Miss Alex White & Chris Playboy album ever was recorded live at the Double Door, which is an entire other bundle of shows.
Best wishes to the Double Door family, now that the historic auditorium is closed. Thank you for the memories. Xo
