“Chicago Photo Show,” Impose

In early June we held a photo show in our backyard of Brooklyn to celebrate another year of being alive. It went so swimmingly, we decided to take some more of the wonderful images published on our website offline to Chicago for a photo show that begins the night before Pitchfork Fest kicks off. From July 17 through 21, we’ll have prints from ten of our talented photographers on display at Logan Hardware Records. Come see the works of Rafe Baron, Dylan Johnson, Marcus Lauer, Sam Leung, Jeanette D. Moses, Ester Segretto, Rift Gardiner, Ben Pegram, Allison Taich, and Josh Miller that have been published on these lovely pages within the past year. Impose Photo Editors Eric Phipps and Edwina Hay will also have prints on display.
On Thursday, July 17 at 9pm, we’ll celebrate with an opening reception at the Logan Arcade featuring… wait for it… free arcade games all night! Along with DJ sets byShowYouSuck, Stephen Sowley of Fake Limbs, and White Mystery’s Miss Alex White. So before you start your Pitchfork weekend, put your pinkies in the air and your thumbs on the controls while spending some quality time with us.
